How to create & assign department?

  1. Click the DROP DOWN menu situated at the top right corner of your HOMEPAGE.
  2. Opt for CONFIG MODE from the available options.

  1. Within HRIS, navigate to COMPANY DATA, then proceed to DEPARTMENT. Click on the CREATE button.

4.Now, assign a NAME to the department and update a few basic details, then click SAVE.


Once the department is created, let us assign it to employees:

  1. Click on the OPERATIONS button available under the CLOCK IN/OUT button.
  2. Then, search for EMPLOYEE WORK PROFILE.

  1. Now, update the DEPARTMENT along with the DESIGNATION for the employee, then click on PREVIEW CHANGES and subsequently SAVE.

Note: While updating the department, it is mandatory to update the designation as well.
