How to create & assign department?
- Click the DROP DOWN menu situated at the top right corner of your HOMEPAGE.
- Opt for CONFIG MODE from the available options.
- Within HRIS, navigate to COMPANY DATA, then proceed to DEPARTMENT. Click on the CREATE button.
4.Now, assign a NAME to the department and update a few basic details, then click SAVE.
Once the department is created, let us assign it to employees:
- Click on the OPERATIONS button available under the CLOCK IN/OUT button.
- Then, search for EMPLOYEE WORK PROFILE.
- Now, update the DEPARTMENT along with the DESIGNATION for the employee, then click on PREVIEW CHANGES and subsequently SAVE.
Note: While updating the department, it is mandatory to update the designation as well.
