How to create & assign weekly offs?


  1. Click the DROP DOWN menu situated at the top right corner of your HOMEPAGE.
  2. Opt for CONFIG MODE from the available options.

  1. Within TRACK, navigate to LEAVE , then proceed to WEEKLY OFF. Click on the CREATE button.

  1. Now, assign a NAME to the weekly off and click on NEXT. Select the desired WEEKLY OFF, then click NEXT again, and finally, SAVE.

Once the weekly off has been created, let us assign it to employees:


1. Click on the OPERATIONS button available under the CLOCK IN/OUT button.

2. Then, click on SHIFT PLANS.

  1. Now, click on UPDATE DEFAULT SHIFT option.
  2. Update the WEEKLY OFF section and click on SAVE.
