How to create holiday calendars and assign it to employees?


  1. Click on the DROP DOWN menu located at the top right corner of your HOMEPAGE.\
  2. Choose CONFIG MODE from the options.

  1. Within TRACK, select LEAVE, then proceed to HOLIDAY PLAN. Click on the CREATE button.

  1. Provide a NAME, select the YEAR, and update MANDATE and OPTIONAL holidays accordingly.
  2. Now, CREATE holidays according to your needs.


Now, once the holiday is created, please follow the below steps to assign it to employees:

  1. Go to OPERATIONS and click on the HOLIDAY option.

  1. Now, click on the SELECT ALL icon or choose INDIVIDUAL employee to assign the holiday list.
