What is Self service?

Confused about what 'Self- Service' means?

This must help you- 

Self service means GIVING ACCESS to your portal to your EMPLOYEES.

As soon as you change the self service to YES, an email is sent with URL and PASSWORD for the EMPLOYEES TO LOGIN.

If the self service remains NO, your employees WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCESS the portal.
